Newcastle Cabinetry
Canyon Creek's Newcastle line offers quality framed cabinetry at an
entry-level price. Built at our factory in Monroe, WA, Newcastle includes
four Maple doors available in six popular stain colors, plus one thermofoil
door in white.

Each door style features a standard edge detail, and the slab drawer fronts will
have a matching edge to the door chosen.

Maple Stain Selection
Maple is known for its strength and relatively consistent appearance. Even so,
a range of grain patterns and colors may appear on the same panel, and adjacent
door and drawer fronts may not match each other. These natural characteristics add
to the beauty of wood cabinetry and are not considered a defect. We chose six of
our most popular stain colors to complement any decor.

Door Overlay & Hinge

Tailored overlay doors and drawer fronts overlay
the face frame 1-1/4" on each side, leaving a 1/4" reveal on the top, bottom
and sides of the frame.

Concealed one-piece hinges are fully adjustable and open 110 degrees.

Construction
|
Standard Drawer boxes and roll-outs are 1/2" white melamine
on a particleboard substrate and have a 1/4" thick, fully captured
bottom panel. 1/2" plywood dovetail construction with a natural wood
finish is an available upgrade, and all drawer boxes are maximum depth.
Drawer guides are white epoxy-coated, double-captive, side mount,
3/4 extension. They are rated for 100 lbs.
One-piece Hinges are fully concealed, self-closing and adjust 6 ways.
Adjustable shelves are 3/4" thick full-depth particleboard and adjust
in 1-1/4" increments. Available in white melamine or finished to match (FMI).

The cabinet box is constructed of 1/2" thick particleboard with dadoed
sides to lock in the top, bottom and back panels for stability. Lower cabinets
have two spreaders that are dadoed into the frame.
1/4" end panels are available loose to be installed on site. The standard
exterior is unfinished.
Interior finish is white melamine. A finished to match (FMI) option is
available on select cabinets.
The 3/4" Maple face frame features screw joinery and is glued for durability. Full-width frame rails
provide extra strength and durability.
