Katana Stain, Paint & Glazing Options
A great feature of Katana is that you can customize the look of your cabinetry with the wood
species, finish color and glaze package you choose — most cabinet companies make that choice for
you at this price point! To really make your kitchen unique, consider using a stain on the bulk
of the cabinetry and accenting the design with a painted island, or using a light stain in one
place and a darker color somewhere else.

Glazing
Glazing is a popular finish enhancement, especially for door styles with a lot of detail. Glaze
material is flooded over the finished surface and then hand-wiped to create an aged look. The
material will "hang up" in corners, detail areas, and wood species with an open grain, like Red Oak.
